The Architect who Styled Our Towns: Frank C. Clark

After giving a quick summary of early local architects, Dennis Powers focuses on Frank Clark who arrived in the valley at the age of 30 to design two buildings for what is now SOU.   He moved to Ashland and for decades was the major architect in Jackson and Josephine counties.  The Elks Club Building, the Holly Theater, schools, and many homes.
