(2) War Ration Books. Book Four. One signed by Edwin L. Mowat, the other signed by Esther E. Mowat.

Collection of brief articles cut out of the newspaper. Various topics but all focused on Ashland.
Album of golfers from various parts of the country. 5 x 7 photo in the front shows a man holding up an old box camera - the name Julius Rainwater is written in ink on the border of this photo the rest of the album has one photo of a golf course, some trophies and then individual golfers from various parts of the West Coast one of the golfers is "Mowat" Los Angeles.
