Three men were held accountable for robbery at Blount's store. Sayle arranged and set to plead with A.S. Hammond as his court-appointed attorney. Maurice Sayles was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Taylor in Ashland. Simmons was unable to be found, bail forfeited.
