Haines-199: An Opium Case

Deputy sheriff Crosby arrested a Chinese man Ah Din, brother of Hop Wo Lung, on possession of Opium. Multiple trials ensued, with hung juries. Judge DePeatt. S. B. Graley and J. T. Bowditch defense.
